Family

Personal injury
- You are involved in a road traffic accident and have suffered personal injury, and you want to know your rights to claim compensation (damages) for the injury and the resulting loss and expense you would suffer as a result of it, and you want to know what to do and how to gather the required evidence.
- You have suffered personal injury, whether in a work or industrial related accident, or as a result of any other unfortunate event, and you want to know your rights to claim compensation (damages) for your injury and the resulting loss and expense you would suffer as a result of it.
- A claim is made against you by another party for personal injury and/or loss and expense suffered by that party, whether allegedly arising out of your negligence or any other reason, and you want to know your rights to defend the claim.
Contract

Criminal / Traffic offence
